Chicken Souvlaki
Skewers of succulent marinated chicken
fillet cooked on the grill and topped
with a cream and mushroom sauce, served
on a bed of roasted Mediterranean vegetables
and sautéed new potatoes.
Giaourtlou
An original and delicious recipe
from the Greek refugees of Istanbul, lamb
mince pressed with
a variety of herbs and spices, served
on a bed of Greek yogurt and pitta bread,
and topped with a spicy tomato sauce.
BBQ Spareribs
Not for the faint hearted, a finger licking,
lip smacking delight. Racks of pork spareribs
marinated and coated in our home made
BBQ sauce, served with chunky chips and
crispy onion rings
Fishcake
Haddock and spring onion fishcake, lightly
coated in golden breadcrumbs, served with
a mixed leaf salad, and sweet chilli dip.
Mussels Marinara / Pomodorro
Enjoy a large bowl of our lovely fresh
mussels with a choice of sauces; in a
creamy white wine sauce with garlic, chilli,
onion and chopped parsley or in a tomato
sauce with garlic, chilli, onion and chopped
basil, served with crusty bread for that
essential dipping
Kalamari
Kalamari lightly dusted with flour and
fried until golden brown, served with
a choice of tzatziki or sweet chilli dip
and salad garnish.
Fusilli Primavera V
Original Italian recipe, perfectly cooked
fusilli pasta, with garlic, pesto, cherry
tomatoes, goat’s cheese and rocket
Melitzane Parmigiana V
Layers of oven baked aubergines with mozzarella,
basil, and tomato sauce and parmesan cheese.
Spanakopita V
A traditional Greek pie, made with filo
pastry, spinach, feta cheese, dill, garlic
and spring onion, served with a mixed
salad with olives and sweet red peppers
